Many of our products are made-to-order or produced in limited drops.

Estimated production times are provided on each product page but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Shipping times are estimates only.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products:

  • All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Proof of damage (photo) may be required.
